The philosophy of the Support Team within Shuttleworth is to provide a service that will ensure that your business can perform at its optimum level. Whether your question or query is hardware or software related we have a team of 11 individuals who are dedicated to achieving this goal.
At the heart of our business is an Automated Call Management System that has been specifically created by us to maximise our effectiveness. Every contact with our clients is logged and analysed which has enabled us to move from being a reactionary team responding to customer’s issues to a proactive team that can offer help and advice often before a problem arises.
A recent innovation has been to open up our Support Database to our clients via the internet. Here they can see the status of all their contacts with Support as well as to get a real time analysis of the numbers and types of call that are being made. Importantly every client can see a summary of the time that it takes the support team to resolve their questions according to the degree of urgency that was placed on the call in the first instance.
The philosophy of ensuring that you are performing at your optimum level extends beyond the day to day support of the system:
- Our continual development policy ensures that the system is constantly getting additional functionality. This is released on a regular basis to all of our clients as part of their Annual Maintenance Agreement.
- Our User Meetings are all geared around our Users getting more out of their systems. The mix of showing new software and explaining its benefits combined with the general interaction between delegates makes these meetings one of the highlights of the year for those clients who strive to improve their businesses.
- Each site is appointed with an Account Manager from Shuttleworth. With regular contact we can advise you on new developments as well as to understand how your business is moving forwards and provide guidance on how you can best marry the two together to help you to build a better business.
